These are the very popular Mammoth Springs of Yellowstone National Park. I ended up there on a day where the sun kept peeking through the clouds intermittently. It created this effect where the steam from the ground combined with the moisture coming from the springs were backlit by the sun that I can not recreate no matter how many times I go back. A great day for shooting the mammoth springs.
